A spritely little town with a fantastic range of holiday cottages located on the north side of the estuary Dyfi, only a few miles from Wales’ famous Cardigan Bay. With a championship golf course a large base for water sports enthusiasts, the area of Aberdyfi, which is a more commonly used name for Aberdovey, is a very vibrant and entertaining place for you to spend a summer in a holiday cottage.

The town is host to some of Britain’s finest beaches and have been a favourite for travelling surfers and sunbathers a like. As always with Wales, you don’t have to travel far before you reach landscapes of great beauty and importance and Aberdovey is no exception. The village is actually within the Snowdonia national park so many species of British protected wildlife can be spotted along the drive from your holiday cottage north toward Mount Snowdon.
