It will come as no surprise to you that 95% of the UK’s population make a new years resolution and just under 80% loose interest and give up within the first couple weeks! The pressure on ourselves to complete these plans is so high that it seems inevitable that the usual suspects start to appear a few days later; “I’ll have just one more glass of red” or ‘So there’s 5 mince pies left, Ill have another…” Sounds familiar?
