Great site, but is the tariff per night or per week?

Mostly the tariff is per week. If you contact an owner direct you can usually work out a deal and get a lower price for mid week dates.

The agency cottages all do it slightly different, but mostly its a 3 day weekend or 7 day week booking with change over on Sat morning.

If you are not constrained by school holidays you could nab yourself a bargain break mid week and out of season.
