Quayside is a grade2 listed cottage situated in the Old Harbour area of Weymouth in Dorset, overlooking the outer harbour directly opposite the Harbour Master's premises.
Built in the 18th century as a fisherman's cottage, it has been upgraded over the years but still retains original features and character,incorporating the former boat shed attached at the rear as part of the cottage.
The cottage is now divided into two separate roomy self contained apartments with their own front entrance doors off a shared entrance hall. The upper apartment, which sleeps four, is on the first and second floors and the lower apartment, which sleeps five, is on the ground floor with the bedrooms at the rear, on the ground floor and first floor.
There is a balcony and bay window at the front in the upper apartment and a small gravelled courtyard at the rear for the lower apartment.

Location

Overlooking the Old Harbour at Weymouth, you can watch the boats coming and going from the balcony and the bay window in the upper apartment. In the lower apartment there is window at the front looking out onto the street and the harbour,there is a table and chair patio set in the rear courtyard. The Town Centre is five minutes away across the bridge to the left and the beach is five minutes away across the harbour by ferry to the right.
