Dalbrack is a most attractive, traditional Edwardian house built in 1905, located within the small conservation area of Ballater. It is one of only a few houses in Ballater which has stunning uninterrupted views over the first tee of Ballater Golf Course towards the hills and mountains of the Balmoral Estate from the living room, sunporch and three of the bedrooms.
The spacious and very comfortable accommodation is bright, very sunny and has been fully equipped with everything you might need for an enjoyable holiday. Accommodation consists on the ground floor of a modern and extremely well equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting room with log burning stove, sun porch, double bedroom, utility room and shower room with WC. On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms, a king size bedroom, bathroom with WC and shower over the bath and a separate WC.
To the front of the house is a paved area surrounded by heather borders with benches and to the rear there is a small fully enclosed garden with a lawn.
Dalbrack is the perfect holiday cottage location for golfing, fishing, walking, cycling, and enjoying the numerous attractions and restaurants in the area.

Location

The highland village of Ballater is located within the Cairngorm National Park in the heart of Royal Deeside close to Balmoral Castle, the holiday residence of the Royal family. It is an excellent location for year round activities such as walking, golf, cycling, fishing and visiting many National Trust castles and local distilleries. Dalbrack is only 3-4 minutes walk from the village main street which has an excellent butcher, deli and fruit shop.There is also a traditional scottish food and whisky shop, bakery, small supermarket, gift shops, galleries, fishing and field sporting shop, mountain sports shop, fashion shop, cafes and good selection of restaurants.
